Brent joined McGowin-King in 2022, opening the Huntsville office to offer a more boutique approach to the market. Brent brings a mortgage banking background with more than 20 years of experience with extensive knowledge of the mortgage lending process & guidelines with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA in addition to construction and renovation lending. With this experience, Brent offers a tailored “old-school” approach for his mortgage clients and referral partners.

A Huntsville native, Brent earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama. He has served on and been involved in numerous boards and volunteer roles within the community. Brent enjoys spending time with family, going to the lake, traveling, snow skiing & the great outdoors.
